The aim of the educational program

The aim of the educational program corresponds with Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University Mission; it is focused on the employment market and is set up as following paragraphs:

  • To acquire and develop the values based on the ideals of democracy and humanism to the Bachelor program students; To train qualified and competitive lawyer in Educational and Employment market by offering higher education in compliance with the modern standards of educational quality, Create conditions for the implementation of its Human Resources;
  • Master the socio-historical aspects of the law; Acquire knowledge on the basic peculiarities of the national law system, theories of law, institutions, material and procedural norms, general principles, and values.
  • In accordance with the educational program theoretical aspects and the use of practical elements of teaching disciplines, preparation of students for further studies in the Master's program.
  • To introduce bachelor basic aspects of contemporary knowledge characteristic of the field of law;
    Current news, development trends, theories, history and international experience.
  • Develop a professional approach to the field of law; prepare a student for the Bachelor's Degree Specialist in the field of Law for the activities envisaged by the legislation.

Study outcomes

The consistent and full implementation of the goals set by the Bachelor Program will be ensured Higher Education Qualification Framework for the First Level of Higher Education (Bachelor's) to achieve the learning outcomes relevant to the subjective character of the law education program. Bachelor's professional activity sphere, object and activity types

After completion of the educational program and after receiving the bachelor's degree, Bachelor’s work is carried out in the field of public, private sector, governmental and non-governmental structures and is directed towards legal regulation of public relations, establishment of legal culture and establishment and strengthening of a state of law. Bachelor's professional activity field is lawmaking activity; Legal aspects of organization, management decision-making process. Draw up legal documents (normative act project, contract, complaint, suit, etc.); Human rights protection and promotion.

Bachelor program graduate will have the opportunity to work in any position where the Bachelor's degree is required and it is not necessary to pass the state certification exams. After completion of the Bachelor's Degree Program, a graduate will be able to continue his studies in law master's programs.

Awarded Qualification

After obtaining the number of credits established by the educational program and submitting a certificate confirming the level of English language knowledge, the graduate is granted Qualification / Academic Degree: - The Academic Degree of Bachelor Law and the graduate is granted a diploma in a form established by the state, the graduate is
