On 28-29 April 2014 was conducted training entitled "Informed young voters" for Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University Students by the Elections Systems Development, Reforms and Training Center representatives.

The students listened to a lecture on topics such as: elections, election types, what is self-government, the status of self-government, Self-government bodies, electoral rights, electoral districts, city council members, the election system and more.

Most of all training participants were interested with the question: Do you agree that participation in the elections become compulsory? And the strong debate was held. Both sides presented their arguments, but it is still difficult to reach consensus.

After completing the training the students will be awarded certificates.
