Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Educational University welcomed the attendees of the "Modern Management and HR" event on December 16, 2022.

The forum's objectives were to discuss the opportunities and challenges of contemporary management, new approaches to human resource management, HR policy and strategy, employee selection procedures, talent management, professional development, career management, and ethics, as well as new, innovative management techniques and ways to put them into practice. To find and discuss new findings on organizational development, change management, introduction of reforms and improvement of organizational culture; Development of recommendations on modern management and HR issues.

The speakers of the forum

• Eli Elisashvili - Chancellor of GTUNI, Director of "Georgia International Education Investment" LLC;
• Tinatin Rukhadze - founder and vision leader of research and consulting company "Acity" (ACT);
• Mariam Darbaidze - adviser to the chancellor of GTUNI, education expert, doctor, professor;
• Sergo Nozadze - President of the HR Professionals Association;
• Thea Nikolashvili - Director of the Defense Institution Building School of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia;
