On the announcement of the contest for occupying  academic positions:

Grounds:   article 34 of Law of Georgia ‘on Higher Education’,  article 9 of the Law of Entrepreneurs of Georgia, the record of the minute 11, of the academic board session and article 1 of the rule for taking academic positions at Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University.

ORDER

1. On 06 July 2011 an open competition is to be announced at Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University for academic positions for the period of 4 years from the approval of the results of the competition.

2. Applications will be accepted every day, from 08 August 2011 to 23 August, - except weekends from 10.00 to 15.00. The contest will be held on 26 September 2011, the resolution can be appealed in the appeal commission within 3 days. The competition is to be completed and the results are to be published on 30 September 2011.

3. On the basis of competition will be selected - 1 Full professor

- Faculty of Business Administration

- Business Management Department

1 Full   professor

4. For participation in the contest for occupying academic positions participants are required:

• Ph.D. or PhD equivalent degree;
•  experience in teaching and research at least 6 years
• The motivation for the position of full professor (1-2 page, acadNusx - 12, lines spacing 1.5);
• Discipline / s of the concept of bachelor's and master's levels, according to (3-4 page acadNusx - 12, lines spacing);
• Syllabus;
• List of  publications during last five years, original or certified copy

The candidates should provide:

• The document confirming participation in grant project the last three years;
• The educational program (bachelor's, master's levels) created under his leadership;
• The copies of certificates confirming high level of qualification, internship, training.

5. All contestants must submit:

• Application for participation in the competition;
• Autobiography;
• Submission of an identity card and 2 (two) copies;
• Ph.D. or equivalent academic degree diploma certificate (original and copy);
  Two color photos, size (3X4);
• Certificate of work experience or an extract from the work book.

6. The men of 27 years of age must present the military ticket or a copy of registration certificate.

7. Information about the selection will be published in the periodical press.

8. The above mentioned resolution is to be published on the university website and in University building in a conspicuous place.
