On December 10, 2010 according to the order N120, Ministry of Education and Science approved the Framework of the order about the Qualifications of Higher Education which identified areas, fields/ specialties and subfields / list of the specializations, as well as the formation of the qualifications.
Therefore, it is important to carry out at the Guram Tavartkiladze Taching University regulations of mandatory , mission statements, training plans, programs, and other working documents for conformity with the above-mentioned document.

Therefore I order:

1. Mr. Levan Dogonadze the Head of the Legal Office at the Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University has to implement necessary amendments in acts or in sub-regulatory acts.

2. Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Taliko Zhvania, the Dean of Law Faculty, Shengeli Pitskhelauri, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Temur Zhghenti, Head of Quality Assurance Service Lali Chagelishvili have to implement changed to the programs and academic plans of the university according to the branches, fields/specialties and subfields mentioned in the above mentioned documents.

3. Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Taliko Zhvania, the Dean of Law Faculty, Shengeli Pitskhelauri, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Temur Zhghenti have to implement changes in the graduates (Bachelor’s, Master’s) documents in order to issue the diploma according to the specialties defined in new qualification frame.

4. Heads of every structural unit, within their competences have to implement the changes in their documentations in correspondence with National Framework.

5. The deadline for the implementation of the article N1, N3, N4 or N5 is 3 weeks, since the issue of this order. The deadline for realization of the article N2 of this order is July 5, 2011.

6. Deputy Rector Maia Ukleba will monitor and control the realization of the order.

7. The order must be put in the university web-site and sent to the heads of university structural units grounds: The order of Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, 2010. December 10, № 120 /n command.
