Today, on May 17, 2019, the International Scientific-Practical Conference started its work at Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University.

Conference title is "Human Rights and Constitutional Guarantees".

Together with Georgian scholars, experts from the field of law, from Germany, China and Ukraine participated in the conference.
