On September 22-23, 2023, Zoya Adamia, professor of the International University of Georgia, and head of the research promotion center, participated in the 9th international conference held in Germany, Darmstadt Technical University: "Development of writing skills in Ukrainian language classes: methods and practice".

The title of the GIU professor's report was: "On the Experience of Teaching Georgian Writing to Ukrainian Refugees (on the example of the Georgian-Ukrainian Institute)".

In her report, Professor Zoya Adamia touched on the experience and results of teaching the Georgian alphabet and writing to Ukrainian refugees.

At the conference, the speaker spoke about the Georgian-Ukrainian Institute of Languages and Culture, opened specially for Ukrainian refugees at the International University of Georgia, where free Georgian language courses are available for Ukrainian citizens.
