Methodological Seminar: Teaching in the 21st century

On November 18, 2015 in Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University was held a methodical seminar - "Teaching in the 21st century”, which was devoted to the efficiency issues of the usage of modern teaching methods in GTTU. On the framework of seminar there were held three workshops.

Reports were delivered at the workshop by:

  • Professor Maia Ukleba -"Modern teaching methods in the 21st century”;
  • Professor Lali Chagelishvili - "Situational tasks and collaborative teaching in practice";
  • Professor Amiran Tavartkiladze - "Problem-based theoretical Teaching";
  • Professor Maia Ukleba - "Power Point presentations and brainstorming in tourism teaching”;
  • Professor Marine Vekua – “Modern Methods in Journalism teaching ";
  • Professor Nona Akhalashvili - "The research method and teamwork in psychology teaching”;
  • Professor Sergo Chiladze - "Modern methods in Law Teaching”.

Colleagues have shared their knowledge and experience in working with the new methods. At the end there was held a discussion.
