GTUNI Law Faculty has state of the art court clinic where the students, with the assistance and participation of the staff, invited practitioner lawyers, can arrange moot court in civil as well as criminal proceedings.
The aims of the clinic are: to help student understand those theoretical and practical difficulties that are connected with the work on normative materials, right apprehension of the cases of different categories, their discussion and decision; interpretation of practical cases; independent and group work, report analysis, participation in the discussions, writing theses.
As a result of the experience gained in the court clinic, the student has to develop the practical skills of making right decisions, oral communication in native language, making presentation in front of audience, grounded response, skills of time management and those of the practitioners, like prosecutor and lawyer.
